SPRING CREW SEASON
February 27, 2012
Spring Crew is scheduled to start on Monday, February 27th @ 4:00PM at the Holswade Boathouse at 3800 James River Road in Robious Landing Park depending on the condition of the dock, the water and weather.
If we can't get on the water we will work on equipment, land workouts, teaching technique to any new rowers and baseline erg testing (possibly at Crossfit). Looking forward to seeing you all. It should be a fun and exciting year! - Coach O'Rourke
